Purchaser obligations

Warranty

Fortis warrants only that material conforms to the specification on its lot certificate at the time of shipment. All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. Claims must be raised within thirty days of delivery in writing with the lot number and supporting data. The exclusive remedy is replacement or refund.
